高校学生党员总体上由研究生党员与本科生党员组成。文章采用随机抽样调查的方法,对S高校的200名研究生党员与200名本科生党员的先进性现状进行问卷调查和统计分析。调查发现,高校两大学生党员群体的先进性总体上看是保持和发挥得比较好的,但也存在着与保持先进性要求不相适应的对支部活动漠不关心、服务性活动参与较少,部分党员的先锋模范作用未很好体现这些问题。本文提出既要从提高学生党员自身修养着手、加强自律,又要加强党员的教育管理、进行“他律”约束相结合来加强两大学生党员群体先进性建设。
College student party members generally consist of graduate students and undergraduate students. The article uses the method of random sampling to conduct a survey and statistical analysis of the advanced nature of 200 graduate students and 200 undergraduate students in S University. The survey found that the advanced nature of the two student party groups in colleges and universities is generally better maintained and better played, but there are also indifference to branch activities and less participation in service activities that are incompatible with the requirements of maintaining advanced nature. Some party members Pioneer exemplary role is not a good reflection of these issues. This paper puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen the building of the advanced nature of the party members of the two student groups by improving the self-cultivation of student party members, strengthening their self-discipline, strengthening the education and management of party members and carrying out “discipline ” constraints.
