目的:观察宫颈环形或锥形电切术(LEEP术)治疗慢性宫颈炎伍用生肌玉红膏的临床疗效。方法:将慢性宫颈炎268例患者随机分成两组,治疗组138例,LEEP术后创面敷生肌玉红膏;对照组130例,单纯LEEP术。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:比较术后4周和8周治疗组和对照组的治愈率(81.2%vs 53.0%,P<0.05);97.8%vs 80.0%,P<0.05)均有显著差异。结论:LEEP术治疗慢性宫颈炎伍用生肌玉红膏,创面恢复快,治愈率高,简便经济,患者易于接受,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of cervical ring or taper resection (LEEP) in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with Wuji Yuhong cream. Methods: A total of 268 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received 138 cases of LEEP. The control group received 130 cases of LEEP. To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: The cure rates (81.2% vs 53.0%, P <0.05) and 97.8% vs 80.0% (P <0.05) of the two groups were significantly different at 4 weeks and 8 weeks postoperatively. CONCLUSION: LEEP is effective in treating chronic cervicitis with myogenic jade cream. It has the advantages of quick recovery and high cure rate. It is simple and economical and easy to be accepted by patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
