当代高职生有不同于本科生的思想和心理特点,这就要求当代高职班主任要采用具有针对性的管理方法和有效措施加以正确引导。班主任必须要深入学生的学习和生活,了解学生的身心状况,把握学生的思想动态,切合专业培养目标,对班级管理措施做出积极思考与实施,如加强思想心理健康教育、量化班级管理制度、创建班级良好的学风等,以期使班级管理工作更加高效。
