甘蓝抗病性强、病虫害较轻、栽培简单、品质佳、上市早、耐贮运、供应期长、种植效益较高。近年来,吐鲁番地区利用无霜期长、光照充足、病虫害少等优越条件,大力发展大田甘蓝,以满足广大消费者的需求。现将吐鲁番地区大田甘蓝栽培技术介绍如下。1品种选择宜选择早熟,前期抗低温、后期耐高温,抗逆性强,商品性状好,不裂球,产量高的甘蓝品种,如中甘11号、8398、中甘12号等。2育苗2.1准备苗床
