去年10月底,在百色市第三批深入学习实践科学发展观学习调研阶段工作推进会上,田林县旧州镇平满村党支部书记黄海青代表村级参学单位作典型发言。平满村党支部在集体林权制度改革、化解社会矛盾纠纷、带领群众脱贫致富中,发挥了坚强的战斗堡垒作用,得到上级的肯定。这主要得益于旧州镇党委大胆创新工作方法,让党支部在经济和社会发展中发挥了战斗堡垒作用。
