为了探索生物废弃物利用新途径,采用文冠果果壳(A)、古龙酸母液(B)和截短侧耳素发酵废水(C)3种废弃物的组合,通过3因素3水平正交设计方案,对辽河三角洲滨海土进行改良试验,探讨3种生物废弃物对盐碱土改良的效果,确定最优改良组合。结果表明:3种生物废弃物对盐碱土均有不同程度的改善,不施文冠果果壳、古龙酸母液施用2次、截短侧耳素发酵废水施用3次对降低土壤pH值、碱化度效果最显著;果壳用量2.5kg·m-2可显著降低土壤可溶性盐含量;果壳用量5 kg·m-2、截短侧耳素发酵废水施用3次可显著提高土壤养分含量;古龙酸母液施用3次可显著提高全磷、有效磷、速效钾含量。综合考虑生物废弃物对土壤各指标的影响与经济效益,确定适合改良滨海盐碱土的最优组合为文冠果果壳用量2.5 kg·m-2、古龙酸母液施用2次、截短侧耳素发酵废水施用3次。
