本文从传统条件下的目录与书目的关系着手,揭示了目录与书目在作用对象、使用对象和编制目的等方面的差异。在现代计算机网络联机编目逐步广泛应用的背景下,分析了目录与书目在各方面的差异呈逐渐缩小的趋势,提出了“目录与书目的融合是图书馆界全面网络化和共享化实现的一个标志”这一观点。
This article starts from the relationship between catalogs and bibliographies under the traditional conditions and reveals the differences between catalogs and bibliographies in the roles of objects, objects of use and purposes of compilation. Under the background that the online cataloging of modern computer networks is being widely used, the differences between catalogs and bibliographies in various aspects are gradually reduced. It is proposed that “the integration of catalogs and bibliographies is one of the complete networked and shared implementations of the library community Mark ”this view.
