本文介绍了包头铝厂135kA中间下料预焙阳极电解槽氟化铝氧化铝掺配中间自动添加的工艺装置及试验情况。试验结果表明:与掺配前相比,在等量氟化铝单耗情况下,系列平均分子比降低009,单槽分子比高低差减少015以上,平均电解温度降低67℃,效应系数降低03次/槽·日,电流效率提高061%,原铝直流电单耗降低105kWh/tAl,氟化盐消耗降低3kg/tAl,改善了作业环境,极大地减轻了电解工人的劳动强度,具有工业推广价值。
