亚欧洲际输电的送端地区(俄罗斯西伯利亚、哈萨克斯坦、蒙古、中国新疆)可再生能源资源丰富,具有大规模开发并利用特高压直流向欧洲负荷中心地区送电的潜力。考虑资源可开发量与本地用电需求发展、建设周期与开发外送经济性、联合外送电源配比约束等因素,构建了亚欧洲际输电送端地区的电力外送潜力分析评估模型。结合各地区资源可开发量与发展规划,估算了亚欧洲际输电的送端各地区电力外送潜力上限,结合未来发展情景与潜力评估模型,研究了给定条件下亚欧洲际输电的送端地区电力外送潜力。
The sending areas of the transcontinental Asia-Europe (Siberia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Xinjiang, China) are rich in renewable energies and have the potential of large-scale development and utilization of UHVDC to deliver electricity to European load-center areas. Considering factors such as the amount of resources available to be developed, the demand for local power generation, the construction cycle, the economics of outbound delivery and the constraints of the combined outbound power supply, this paper constructs a model for the assessment and evaluation of the power transmission potential of the APEC region. Combined with the amount of resources available for development and development planning in each region, the upper bound of electricity transmission potential in each region of the electricity transmission between Asia and Europe is estimated.
