著名教育家陶行知说过:“你若把你的生命放在学生的生命里,把你和你学生的生命放在大众的生命里,这才算是尽了教师的天职。”作为教师,只有放下师道尊严,以无比的热情与关爱去了解学生、关注学生,才能换来心与心的共鸣。教师除了思想教育工作要注意方式外,教师在学生心目中的位置也很重要,师生之间必须相处得像朋友一样,那才是最好的师生关系,教师才能成为学生的良师益友。
