导数分光光度法应用于铂、钯的测定已有报道,由于所采用的试剂双十二烷基二硫代乙二酰胺(DDO)须经石油醚-氯仿萃取比色,且测铂时要四阶导数光谱才能去除钯的干扰,使方法较难推广应用。文献报道,对-亚硝基二甲苯胺是测铂、钯的选择性好,也较灵敏的显色剂。本文试验了对-亚硝基二乙苯胺在乙醇-水介质中与铂、钯的显色反应,并在此基础上用一阶导数光谱简便地同时测定了铂、钯。方法的选择性好,适用于矿石中铂、钯的同时测定.实验1.仪器与试剂贝克曼DU-8B 分光光度计。
Derivative spectrophotometry has been reported for the determination of platinum and palladium.
