农村教育在义务教育中占有举足轻重的地位,农村小学教学是整个教育的关键和难点,要搞好农村小学教育必须注重班级管理。班级是学校的基本单位,班主任是全班学生的组织者、领导者和教育者,是学生健康成长的引路人,是联系班级与科任教师、沟通学校与学生家庭和社会教育力量的桥梁。要管理好农村小学班级,必须分析农村小学班级的现状,根据实际采取相关措施,这样农村小学教育教学才能与时俱进,走上正规化、系统化的道路。
Rural education occupies a decisive position in compulsory education. Teaching in rural primary schools is the key and difficult point of the whole education. To improve primary education in rural areas, we must pay attention to class management. Class is the basic unit of the school. The class teacher is the organizer, leader and educator of the whole class. It is a guide for healthy growth of students and a bridge between class and teacher, and communication between school and student’s family and social education. To manage the rural primary school class, we must analyze the current situation of the rural primary school class and take relevant measures according to the actual situation so that the rural primary school education and teaching can advance with the times and embark on the path of formalization and systematization.
