简易机械式功率油耗测定仪在使用操作时,油门需专人操作,往往由于检测加载与控制油门人员手势配合不协调,导致标定转速难掌握,而影响测功准确性。为此,我们与兰溪农机站共同试制了油门控制机构,结构如图所示。将此机构上的两个同定架2固定于手拖柴油机机架的左、右两侧,将连接件7挂在油门连接杆上,插上锁片6定位,这样负责测功加载人员就可直接控制油门,按检测要求,选择最佳的标定转速,从而提高了检测的准确性。此机构已在我县推
