目的:建立饮用水中莠去津的固相萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱(SPELC-MS/MS)的检测方法。方法:采用固相萃取技术,水样经Waters Oasis HLB柱富集,高效液相色谱柱分离,乙腈和甲酸水梯度洗脱,用飞行时间质谱检测,ESI正离子模式下采集数据,外标法定量。结果:该方法的检测限为0.1μg/L,相关系数r>0.999。平均回收率在:82.6%~92.8%,相对标准偏差在1.5%~2.3%。结论:方法灵敏度高、操作简单、定量准确、测定浓度范围宽阔,是环境水质样品中莠去津含量检测的理想方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of atrazine in drinking water by solid-phase extraction coupled with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (SPELC-MS / MS). Methods: Solid phase extraction (SPE) was used. The water samples were separated on a Waters Oasis HLB column, separated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and eluted with acetonitrile and formic acid water. The data were analyzed by time of flight mass spectrometry Quantitative. Results: The detection limit of the method was 0.1μg / L, the correlation coefficient r> 0.999. The average recoveries ranged from 82.6% to 92.8% with relative standard deviations between 1.5% and 2.3%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation, accurate quantification and broad determination of concentration. It is an ideal method for the determination of atrazine content in environmental water samples.
