采用液淬-热分析法研究了不同蠕化剂处理的蠕墨铸铁的凝固过程,结法表明,蠕墨铸铁共晶凝固分为两个阶段。熔体中蠕化元素的不断重新分配乃是石墨形态变化的重要影响因素。
The solidification process of vermicular cast iron treated with different vermiculite was studied by liquid quenching and thermal analysis. The results show that the eutectic solidification of vermicular graphite cast iron is divided into two stages. The continuous redistribution of vermicular elements in the melt is an important factor in the change of graphite morphology.
