作为房屋建设进程的重要环节之一,现场施工管理的基础性作用不容忽视,它不仅关系到工程的整体使用质量和居民生命安全,更与社会经济效益提升有着紧密联系。从现阶段现场施工管理过程存在的问题来看,技术质量管理开展很难达到预期的控制效果,若是技术质量管理与控制不能得到落实越然特会影响到工程的整体施工效果。因此,技术质量管理与控制的实施必须将理论知识与实际经验相结合,完善现场技术质量控制措施。
As one of the important links in the process of housing construction, the basic function of on-site construction management can not be ignored. It is not only related to the overall quality of use of the project and the safety of residents, but also closely linked with the improvement of social and economic benefits. From the point of view of the problems existing in the field construction management at this stage, it is difficult to achieve the expected control effect of technical quality management. If the implementation of technical quality management and control can not be implemented, the special construction effect of the project will be affected. Therefore, the implementation of technical quality management and control must combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience to improve on-site technical quality control measures.
