对27名拉萨世居藏族及30名已习服的移居汉族两组的HVR和肺通气功能作了比较研究。两组的年龄、身高、体重和平素运动强度基本相同。结果显示:世居组的VE,呼吸频率、HVR和HCVR均高于移居组,两组的PETCO2及SaO2无显著性差异;吸入高浓度O2后,世居组的VE增加,PETCO2下降,而移居组维持不变。结果表明高原世居藏族的HVRA值与已习服移居汉族的结果或平原人的数值接近。提示高原世居藏族保持了良好的HVR、HCVR和肺通气功能,与美洲高原人HVR减弱和肺通气功能降低有所不同。
HVR and pulmonary ventilation were compared between 27 Lhasa native Tibetans and 30 conquered Han settlements. The two groups of age, height, weight and exercise intensity are generally the same. The results showed that the VE, respiratory rate, HVR and HCVR of the living group were higher than that of the migrating group, there was no significant difference between the two groups in PETCO2 and SaO2. After inhaling high concentration of O2, the VE of the living group increased while the PETCO2 decreased and migrated Groups remain unchanged. The results show that the Tibetan Plateau HVRA value has been accustomed to migrate to the Han nationality results or the number of plain people close. It suggested that the Tibetan natives in the plateau maintained good HVR, HCVR and pulmonary ventilation function, which is different from the decrease of HVR and the decrease of pulmonary ventilation in the American Plateau.
