目的通过对两家综合性医院抗抑郁药的应用分析,了解综合性医院躯体疾病患者中抗抑郁药的应用情况。方法从两家综合性医院微机管理系统中提取2004年至2006年抗抑郁药的用药数据进行统计分析。结果2004年至2006年两家综合性医院在抗抑郁药的应用中,无论是销售金额、销售量,还是DDD s都呈上升趋势。其中氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)的DDD s值始终居于首位,且增幅最大。结论综合性医院身患躯体疾病的病人中存在着一定数量的抑郁障碍患者,且呈上升趋势。这必须进一步引起临床医师的高度关注。
Objective To analyze the application of antidepressants in two general hospitals to understand the application of antidepressants in patients with somatic diseases in general hospitals. Methods The data of antidepressants from 2004 to 2006 were extracted from two general hospital computer management systems for statistical analysis. Results The use of antidepressants in two general hospitals between 2004 and 2006 showed an upward trend in both sales volume, sales volume and DDD s. Among them, the value of DDD s of flupentixol and melitracen tablet (Deanxit) always ranked first, with the largest increase. Conclusion There are a certain number of patients with depressive disorder in general hospitals with somatic diseases, and the trend is increasing. This must further arouse the attention of clinicians.
