患者傅××,女,37岁。因右眼内眦下方长一瘤子伴同侧鼻阻五个月,于1981年5月13日入院。患者于1980年底偶然发现右眼内眦下方长一小指头大包块,质软,色泽正常,不痛,无其他不适。以后渐渐长大,觉右鼻通气不畅;从1982年二月起,增长迅速,且右鼻完全不通气;半月前发现右鼻中长出一瘤子,无鼻衄,不流脓涕,但有头昏头痛,偶而心慌。
