给出了模糊C-均值聚类算法的具体步骤,并使用Matlab语言编写算法程序,对一组钻头磨损故障样本进行实例分析,得到了分类结果和聚类中心。分析结果表明,该算法能有效的区分各种故障状态,能给故障诊断提供科学可靠的评判依据。
The concrete steps of fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm are given. The algorithm program is written in Matlab, and a group of drill wear failure samples are analyzed by examples. The classification results and clustering centers are obtained. The analysis results show that the algorithm can effectively distinguish various fault states and provide scientific and reliable basis for fault diagnosis.
