目的提高再植牙的成活效果。方法再植9例外伤脱位牙,重视脱位牙再植前的处理及固定。结果经3 a临床观察,效果良好。结论脱位牙再植前有效处理、离体时间短、尽量保护牙周膜及牙髓细胞活性、良好的固定和必要的药物治疗,是保证牙再植成功的重要因素。
Objective To improve the survival effect of replantation. Methods Replantation of 9 cases of traumatic dislocation of teeth, emphasis on dislocation treatment and fixation before replantation. The results of 3 a clinical observation, the effect is good. Conclusion The effective treatment of dislocation teeth before replantation, in vitro time is short, try to protect the activity of periodontal ligament and pulp cells, good fixation and necessary medication, is to ensure the success of dental replantation is an important factor.
