With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of car penetration rate, urban traffic congestion is aggravating day by day, and traffic quality is facing great challenges. As the road resource per capita is the smallest, public transport completes the mode of travel with the largest passenger volume per unit time. Nanchang, Jiangxi Province proposed the priority control strategy of bus signal. In 2014, the city government issued “Nanchang Bus Transit Urban Development Plan” Clearly the bus priority planning and construction conducted a detailed refinement and division of labor. Based on its own reality, this article compares various control ideas and control measures, and draws lessons from the bus letters of cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou
