甜菜育苗移栽栽培措施正在国内外被广泛应用。实践证明,育苗移栽法是获得高产、稳产、抵抗各种自然灾害的重要手段。我国的黑龙江、内蒙、吉林等地都已经大面积应用育苗移栽法栽植甜菜,移栽面积正逐年扩大。为大力促进育苗移栽,提高甜菜的含糖量和产量,加快糖业发展速度,扭转当前以手工移苗的移栽方法,就必须研制出适合我国的育苗移栽机
