结合铜矿现状,按四维破磨理论设计2.7×3.7m双仓碎磨机,转速超费氏临界转速5%,实际混合充填率56%左右,进料仓装超大钢球。用它替代中细碎和球磨的生产流程设备,生产能力40 t/h左右,完全能满足某矿生产规模≤25万t/a的需求。预计碎磨用电单耗将由目前18kW h/t下降到8kW h/t以下,全年节电200万kW h以上,并大幅度降低设备维修费用和提高劳动生产率。实施改造,能为企业创造较好的经济效益。
