集群犯罪作为群体犯罪的一种类型,有其独特的犯罪心理特点。近年来,我国集群犯罪不断增多,而征地拆迁中的群体性事件作为集群犯罪的典型代表,更加凸显了我国城市化进程中的社会矛盾。本文对集群犯罪的犯罪心理进行分析,并有针对性的提出一些防控策略,可以为征地拆迁中的矛盾冲突提供一些解决途径。
As a type of colony crime, cluster crime has its unique characteristics of criminal psychology. In recent years, the crime of cluster in our country has been increasing constantly. However, the mass incidents in the process of land acquisition and demolition are the typical representatives of cluster crime, which further highlights the social contradictions in the process of urbanization in our country. This article analyzes the criminal psychology of cluster crime and puts forward some prevention and control strategies pertinently, which can provide some solutions for the conflicts and conflicts in land acquisition and demolition.
