在搞活国有大中型企业的过程中,党的组织如何来发挥作用呢?我的看法是:要突出一条主线,抓住四个关键。 突出一条主线,就是要始终围绕经济工作这个中心转。在企业里,就要坚持以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指导,以市场、效益为中心,牢牢地把握住改革、发展和稳定的大局,大力加强党的建设、思想政治工作和精神文明建设,才能较好地发挥出政治核心作用,确保企业各项改革的顺利进行和生产经营总目标的全面实现。突出这条主线,宣传这条主线,用体现这条主线所应有的标准来检查和推动党组织的各项工作,这应该成为企业各级党委领导考虑问题的一个基本前提和出发点。
