建立和实施大学生导师制度,是新形势下适应高等教育改革和发展的需要。在高职高专大学生导师制建设中,存在大学生导师角色定位不准确、对大学生导师制建设的重要性认识不足、大学生导师的“专业化”程度不高、大学生导师与辅导员缺乏有效的沟通途径等问题。针对上述问题,高职高专院校应尽快明确大学生导师的定位与职责,提高导师工作的实效性;完善大学生导师培训机制,提高导师的“专业化”程度;协调大学生导师与辅导员的工作,形成合力机制。同时,大学生导师也应根据学生不同的专业和发展阶段,努力探索引导的内容,更好地促进大学生个体的成长成才。
