文章提出了以空隙率和抗压强度为指标的多孔混凝土配合比设计方法,在大量试验结果的基础上,提出振动成型多孔混凝土配合比设计的经验公式和经验法,采用体积法进行配合比设计的思路是,粗集料形成骨架空隙结构,细集料和水泥胶结和填充的作用。对多孔混凝土室内振动成型和免振动成型方法进行了研究,确定了用目测法和富余浆量法两种方法对多孔混凝土的工作性进行评价。
In this paper, the design method of porous concrete mix ratio based on porosity and compressive strength is put forward. Based on a large number of experimental results, empirical formula and empirical method are proposed for the design of composite concrete with vibrating shaped porous concrete. The idea is that coarse aggregates form the framework of the void structure, fine aggregate and cement bonding and filling role. The indoor vibratory forming and vibration-free forming methods of porous concrete were studied, and the workability of porous concrete was evaluated by two methods of visual method and excess slurry method.
