对于办点,在湖南,正经历着由不自觉到比较自觉的过程。过去我们也办点,但是不经常、不系统、不坚持。当然,一直坚持下来的也有,但这是少数,多数没有坚持下来。过去基点经常搬家,搬来搬去,成效不大。一九六三年以来,省、地、县委的负责同志搞了几批社会主义教育运动,搞完之后,就留下一些同志继续坚持办点。现在,各级党委都在有计划地办点,有些部门也参加办,有些大队办了重点生产队,
