本文从北京市生鲜乳收购站监管的工作体制和工作进展等现状调查入手,根据法规政策要求和掌握国内其他地区乳品监管工作进展,结合北京市的乳品卫生、公共卫生、食品安全等监管需求,通过对北京生鲜乳收购站监管现状进行分析、查找问题及原因,研究提出对策建议。
This article starts with the investigation of the status quo of supervision system and work progress of fresh milk purchasing station in Beijing. According to the requirements of laws, regulations and policies and the progress of supervision of dairy products in other regions in the country, combined with the regulatory requirements of dairy and sanitation, public health and food safety in Beijing, , By analyzing the supervision status of Beijing fresh milk purchasing station, finding out the problems and the reasons, and putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
