珠水泛涌合作意,琼粤共叙兄弟情。7月11至15日,以海南省委书记、省人大常务委员会主任汪啸风为团长,省委副书记、省长卫留成,省委副书记、海口市委书记王富玉为副团长,由9位省领导以及省直主要厅局和全省18个市县的主要负责同志共60余人组成的海南省党政考察团,对广东省进行了为期5天的考察学习。考察的目的是落实海南省委、省政府关于“大特区大都市互动合作”构想,积极参与泛珠三角区域合作交流,加强海南与广东的经贸协作和文化交流,学习广东对外开放的经验,寻求经贸合作机遇。本刊特派记者随团跟踪采访,在感同身受的驱策下写就这篇赴粤考察启思录。
