广州某公司货运分公司员 工李女士,去年10月成为公司 工会委员的她,却在任期内收 到了公司解除(终止)劳动合同 通知书。虽然李女士已经申请 劳动仲裁,省总工会法律顾问 表示将大力支持李女士依法讨 回公道,但事件所揭示出的问 题表明,工会干部自身岗位都 难保,拿什么来保护员工的权 益?这不仅是目前工会尴尬身 份的真实写照,也说明职工维 权面临着诸多困境。
Ms. Li, a staff member of a freight forwarding company in Guangzhou, who became a member of a trade union in October last year, received notice of termination (termination) of a labor contract by the company during her tenure of office. Although Ms. Li has applied for labor arbitration, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Legal Counsel expressed that she would strongly support Ms. Li’s call for justice in accordance with the law.
