本文对具有野生种质的棉花高品质品系与常规品种纤维品质及其超分子结构的差异进行了分析比较.结果表明:(1)棉花高品质品系与常规棉品种的纤维品质分别处于不同的品质层次;(2)棉花高品质品系的纤维品质,除了纤维长度整齐度较常规品种低2.33个百分点外,其它品质指标均优于常规棉品种;(3)高品质品系的纤维内部微原纤均小于常规品种,微晶的取向度高于常规品种;(4)常规品种的纤维品质与超分子结构间的差异不明显,基本处于同一水平.
In this paper, the differences of the fiber quality and its supramolecular structure between high-quality and wild-type cotton varieties with wild germplasm were analyzed and compared. The results showed that: (1) The fiber quality of cotton high-quality and conventional cotton varieties were at different quality levels respectively; (2) The fiber quality of high-quality cotton varieties was 2.33 percentage points lower than that of the conventional varieties , And other quality indexes are better than those of conventional cotton varieties. (3) Microfibrils inside high-quality fiber are less than conventional varieties, and the orientation degree of crystallites is higher than that of conventional varieties. (4) The fiber quality and supramolecular structure of conventional varieties The difference is not obvious, the basic at the same level.
