网络信息资源是指借助计算机与网络通信设备发布、收集、组织、存储、传递、检索和利用的文字、图像、声音、动画等多种形式的信息资源。随着资源不断数字化、网络化,图书馆也利用计算机网络系统给读者提供了大量的信息服务,该文从图书馆网络信息资源的特点、类型、组织方式、检索方法等要素进行实证分析。认为强化网络信息资源的系统危机评估机制,加大运行环境的软硬件防护策略是提升图书馆网络信息资源服务能力的有效举措。
Network information resources refers to the use of computers and network communications equipment publishing, collecting, organizing, storing, transmitting, retrieving and using text, images, sound, animation and other forms of information resources. With the continuous digitization and networking of resources, the library also uses the computer network system to provide readers with a large amount of information services. This paper analyzes the characteristics, types, organization methods and retrieval methods of library network information resources. It is considered that the system crisis assessment mechanism to strengthen the network information resources and the hardware and software protection strategy to increase the operating environment are effective measures to enhance the service capabilities of library network information resources.
