自噬(autophagy)是细胞对自身组件进行降解与回收的自然过程,与人类健康高度相关。很多疾病都伴随着自噬的异常。本文回顾了国内外近年来在自噬与健康关系领域的研究,包括自噬与癌症、神经退行性疾病等疾病的关系。并且回顾了对人体健康有明显影响的电离辐射、体育锻炼、针灸、按摩等物理刺激对细胞自噬的调控作用,从自噬的角度对这些作用的分子机制进行了讨论。最后,对于自噬调控在未来的医疗保健中的潜在价值进行了展望。
Autophagy is a natural process by which cells degrade and recover their own components and are highly correlated with human health. Many diseases are accompanied by abnormal autophagy. This article reviews the recent studies both at home and abroad on the relationship between autophagy and health, including the relationship between autophagy and cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, the effects of physical stimuli, such as ionizing radiation, physical exercise, acupuncture and massage, on the regulation of autophagy were reviewed. The molecular mechanisms of these effects were also discussed from the perspective of autophagy. Finally, the potential value of autophagy regulation in future healthcare is prospected.
