心脏不应期是心搏周期长度的一项功能。究竟犬的心脏不应期的改变,是否能由1次新的周期长度的心搏后引起,还是需要多次心搏蓄积作用,迄今仍有争议。在人类还缺乏这种依赖周期长度使不应期变化的资料。本文报道心搏周期长度突然改变时对人的心房、房室结及心室不应期的影响。30例病人中,男23例,女7例。平均年龄49.9±19岁。其中冠心病6例,心肌病4例,高血压性心脏病2例,风湿性心脏病及先天性心脏病各1例,无器质性心脏病16例。作电生理研究的指征包括室性心动过速10例,缓慢心律失常或房室传导阻滞8例,室上性心动过速4例,原因不明的昏厥8例。用外刺激法测量右心房上部、房室结和心室的不应期。外刺激每次以5~10msec 逐渐递增靠近前1次心搏,分别测量3种周期长度基本固定)较短、中等、较长)的8
Cardiac refractory period is a function of heart cycle length. Whether the dog’s heart refractory period changes, whether it can be caused by a new cycle length after the heartbeat, or the need for multiple heart accumulation, is still controversial. In humans, there is a lack of information that relies on the length of the cycle to change the refractory period. This article reports the sudden changes in cardiac cycle length of the human atria, atrioventricular node and ventricular refractory period. 30 patients, 23 males and 7 females. The average age was 49.9 ± 19 years. 6 cases of coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy in 4 cases, 2 cases of hypertensive heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and congenital heart disease in 1 case, no organic heart disease in 16 cases. Indications for electrophysiological studies included ventricular tachycardia in 10 cases, slow arrhythmia or atrioventricular block in 8 cases, supraventricular tachycardia in 4 cases, unexplained fainting in 8 cases. External stimulation using the upper right atrium, atrioventricular node and ventricular refractory period.
