患者男性,59岁。因右颌下区无痛性肿物2个月住院。缘于2个月前洗脸时无意中发现有颌下区长一蚕豆大小肿物.无疼痛及其它不适,经消炎治疗后未见缩小。查体:右颌下区肿物隆起.表皮无充血,无破溃。肿物圆形,大小约3.0cm×3.0cm×3.0cm,表面光滑,质中等硬,界清,与周围组织无粘连,活动,无压痛。心肺正常,肝脾不大,生理反射正常,病理反射来引出。入院后经常规检查无手术禁忌症后,在局麻下行右颌下腺及肿物摘除术。术后给予肌注青霉素治疗,术后第七日拆除缝线,切口Ⅰ期愈合,痊愈出院。 切除后肿物呈灰红色,光滑,包膜完整,切
