研究了含铝量对高铝锌基合金在边界摩擦条件下耐磨性的影响,并探讨了锌基合金的磨损机理。研究结果表明,随着含铝量的提高,锌基合金的摩擦系数减小,耐磨性提高;在高速重载条件下,含铝量为48%的高铝锌基合金的耐磨性最佳。
The effect of aluminum content on the wear resistance of high Al-Zn-based alloys at boundary friction was studied. The wear mechanism of Zn-based alloys was also discussed. The results show that with the increase of aluminum content, the friction coefficient of zinc-based alloy decreases and the wear resistance increases. Under high-speed and heavy-load conditions, the wear resistance of high-aluminum-zinc-based alloys containing 48% good.
