近来一些杂志发表了不少有关森林与水利方面的文章,读后也想谈谈自己的看法。一林书宁同志在《广东省内珠江流域的林业与水利建设》一文(见本刊1981年4期)中说:“在非暴雨的正常降雨情况下,林地中降雨50～80％渗入地下,10～23％被树冠阻留后蒸发,5～10％为地被、枯枝落叶吸收,地表径流一般不超过10％”。“林地比无植被荒山地表径流小20多倍;林地与裸露地比较,一亩林地可以多蓄20立米水份,5万亩森林可多蓄的水份相当于一座库容为100万立米的小型水库”。我们认为:一般非暴雨的正常降雨应是:在全国范围内指日雨量少于50毫米;在广东省则指日雨量少于80毫米。
Recently, some magazines have published many articles on forests and water conservancy. They also want to talk about their own views after reading. In a paper entitled “Forestry and Water Conservancy Construction in the Pearl River Basin in Guangdong Province” (Article 4, 1981), Comrade Lin Shui-ning said: “Under normal rainfall without heavy rainfall, 50-80% ~ 23% is trapped by the canopy and evaporates, 5-10% is ground-littered and the litter leaves are absorbed. The surface runoff generally does not exceed 10%. ” “The woodland is 20 times smaller than the surface runoff of the vegetation-free barren hills. Compared with bare land, an acre of woodland can store 20-m of water. The water of more than 50,000 mu of forest can be equivalent to a small-sized Reservoir ”. In our opinion, normal non-rainstorm normal rainfall should be: mean daily rainfall of less than 50 millimeters nationwide; in Guangdong Province, daily rainfall of less than 80 millimeters.
