目的识别和分析胜利油田采油队化验室职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策和措施。方法采用职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据资料,并结合采取的工程技术措施,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平进行评价。结果化验室存在的职业病危害因素包括非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和溶剂汽油等,改造前非甲烷总烃和溶剂汽油的浓度分别为65.6和43.5 mg/m~3,改造后小于检出限。以上危害因素的检测结果全部符合职业卫生接触限值,防护设施的检测参数符合要求。结论化验室防护设施改造后运行有效,化验过程中存在的职业病危害因素能够得到有效控制,确保岗位工人的职业健康。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in the laboratory of Shengli Oilfield Production Team and to discuss the countermeasures and measures for protection. Methods The methods of occupational health investigation and occupational health examination were used to collect data and data, and combined with the engineering and technical measures adopted to evaluate the exposure level of occupational hazards among workers. Results The occupational hazards in the laboratory included non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene, and solvent gasoline. The above test results of all the hazards are in line with occupational health exposure limits and the testing parameters of protective facilities meet the requirements. Conclusion The effective operation of the protective facilities in laboratories after the transformation is effective. The occupational hazards in the process of testing can be effectively controlled to ensure the occupational health of post workers.
