The effects of plateau hypoxia on human systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation pressure are different, the reason is related to the different vascular response to different vasoactive substances? In this paper, we measured and compared the changes of diastolic and contractile effects of pulmonary and arterial arteries in rats with chronic hypoxia by bioassay, and discussed its changing mechanism. The rats were randomly divided into normoxic control group and hypobaric hypoxia group, the latter set
