国有企业纪检监察工作是国有企业党的工作的重要内容,当前,国有企业改革不断深化,现代企业制度在我国得到了前所未有的完善,公众关注度和监督意愿越来越强烈。在这样的形势下,国有企业纪检监察工作对企业发展的监督职能及其作用的发挥显得尤为重要。为此,对基层企业纪检检察工作进行探究有着非常重要的现实意义。下文首先分析基层国有企业纪检检查工作现状,再在此基础上提出解决的对策。
Discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises are an important part of the work of the state-owned enterprises. At present, the reform of state-owned enterprises is deepening and the modern enterprise system has been hitherto not perfected in our country. The public concern and the will to supervise are getting stronger and stronger. Under such circumstances, it is particularly important that the discipline inspection and supervision by state-owned enterprises play an important role in supervising the development of enterprises and their functions. Therefore, it is very important to explore the discipline inspection of grass-roots enterprises. The following is the first analysis of the status quo of grass-roots state-owned enterprises in discipline inspection, and then based on the proposed solutions.
