为贯彻集团公司2008年工作会议和领导干部会议精神,具体推进落实2007年领导干部会议部署,进一步推动基层班组建设,8月27日,集团公司召开班组建设研讨交流暨抚顺石化现场会,推广抚顺石化公司加强班组建设的经验,学习中国石油班组长的榜样王海和中国石油班组的榜样王海班的先进事迹。集团公司党组成员、副总经理王福成发表了题为《进一步加强班组建设,为建设综合性国际能源公司夯实基础》的重要讲话。
In order to carry out the 2008 working conference of the Group Company and the spirit of the leading cadre meeting, concretely promote the implementation of the 2007 meeting of leading cadres and further promote the construction of the grassroots team.
