所谓逆反心理,是客观环境与主体需要不相符合时产生的一种心理活动。具有强烈的情绪色彩,即带有较强烈的抵触情绪。逆反心理不仅不同层次不同职业的人中有,而且在各项不同的工作中也存在。但过去却忽视了关于选拔领导干部工作中逆反心理问题的研究,以致使相当一部分从事选拔于部工作的同志至今还没认识到逆反心理对选拔干部工作所造成的消极影响,逆反心理是客观存在的,因此,加强对逆反心理的研究、分析其表现特点及产生原因,探讨其预防、消除的方法和措施,对选准用好领导干部具有重要的现实意义。
