错是口腔主要疾病之一。本研究在 10— 16岁 73位安氏 类、 类错患者上进行 ,以肌电图为指标 ,对错与正常的颞肌和嚼肌肌电幅值做了对照研究。结果表明 ,错者的平均肌电幅值低于正常 ;正中颌位错者的颞肌肌电幅值与正常有显著性差异 ,而嚼肌肌电幅值与正常无明显差异 ;做开闭口运动时 ,错与正常的颞肌、嚼肌肌电幅值无明显差异 ;错与正常的颞肌肌电均高于嚼肌肌电
Wrong is one of the major oral diseases. This study was performed on 73 patients with Class A malformations at 10-16 years old. The electromyography was used as an index to compare the EMG amplitudes of the temporal and masseter muscles. The results showed that the average electromyographic amplitude of the miscarried persons was lower than that of the normal ones, and the EMG amplitude of the temporal muscles of the patients with median maxillary malocclusion was significantly different from that of the normal ones, while the EMG amplitude of the chewing muscles was not significantly different from that of the normal ones There was no significant difference in EMG amplitudes of the temporalis muscle and the chewing muscle between the stagnant and normal goats, and the myoelectricity of the temporalis muscles of the stagnant and normal goats was higher than that of the masseter muscle
