德国教育家斯普拉格认为:“教育的最终目的不是传授已有的东西,而是要把人的创造力量诱导出来,将生命感、价值感‘唤醒’。”新颁布的数学新课标对学生创新思维、创新能力的培养也专门提出了新的更高要求,在小数教学实践中,我们要充分利用数学学科特点,启迪学生的思维、充分挖掘潜在的创新“因子”、有效开发学生的创新潜能、提高学生的社会竞争能力,为学生的综合能力的发展奠定坚实的基础。下面笔者结合自己的教学实践,从四个方面就培养、提高学生的创新能力作一浅析探讨,以起到抛砖引玉、总结提高之目的。
