海冰荷载为寒冷海域海洋工程结构设计的控制条件。当前的工程设计中,大多以平整冰厚和海冰强度两项指标作为设计标准,但是影响平整冰厚和海冰强度的因素,诸如水温、气温、冰温、盐度、风场等,都具有很强的随机性。一般的数值模拟方法,只能给出平均状态的结果,无法表达各种随机因素影响下海冰的厚度和强度的概率特征。本文采用不确定性分析和联合概率分析的方法,研究了海冰厚度、强度设计标准的离散度(cov)以及联合概率分析法在海冰设计标准中的应用。
Sea ice load is the control condition for the structural design of marine engineering in cold waters. The general numerical simulation method can only give the result of the average state and can not express the probability characteristics of sea ice thickness and strength under various random factors. In this paper, the method of uncertainty analysis and joint probability analysis are used to study the application of sea ice thickness, strength of design standards dispersion (cov) and joint probability analysis method in sea ice design standards.
