超高分子聚乙烯管因其强度高、耐腐蚀等特点,现已被矿山企业大量使用。但随之而来的问题是管路之间的现场连接受现场路面及各拐角的影响,直接购买翻好边的高分子管是不切实际的想法,因为不能确切地掌握管路长度,既浪费材料又耽误时间。鉴于这种情况,根据不同型号的高分子管,自制出了快速翻边器来提高工作效率。快速翻边器结构见图1。操作方法:①将一内径与高分子管相同的法兰套入高分子管;②用割枪对需要翻边的高分子管端口进行加热,待端口处软化后,将翻边器插
