《中小学信息技术课程指导纲要(试行)》指出:中小学信息技术课程的主要任务是:培养学生对信息技术的兴趣和意识,让学生了解和掌握信息技术基本知识和技能,了解信息技术的发展及其应用对人类日常生活和科学技术的深刻影响。在执教信息技术实践中,认为学习信息技术最重要的有两方面,一是培养兴趣,二是提高素养。培养学生学习信息技术的兴趣是为了学生学好信息技术打下基础,提高学生的信息素养则是学生学习信息技术这门课的最终目标。
