水电部治淮委员会于1984年11月20日至22日,在江苏省东海县召开了淮河流域河南、山东、安徽、江苏四省国外松(火炬松、湿地松)育苗造林工作会议。会议交流了火炬松、湿地松育苗造林经验,并一致认为:一、国外松(火炬松、湿地松)适应性强、早期生长快、材质好,在生长量、抗逆性等方面显著优于同等条件下的马尾松、黑松树种,在淮河流域引种有广阔的发展前景;二、江苏省林科所推广的容器(营养袋)育苗造林成活率
